Meet The Team

Alicia Trenchard

I have been working in the beauty and aesthetic industry since 1996.

I started my career as a co-owner of a central London based salon specialising in male grooming. I was there for 6 years and during this time we developed the treatment offering to include laser, microdermabrasion and chemical peels.

In 2002, I became a Technical Director and Trainer for a leading chain with 14 clinics in central London. I was responsible for the design and implementation of all training programmes for employees including beauty therapists, nurses and doctors. This role enabled me to further explore my interest in beauty technology, gadgets and the advancements within the industry, whist ensuring that staff were able to carry out safe and effective treatments.

In 2010, I set up an independent salon in Buckinghamshire which provides access to cutting-edge aesthetic treatments. I always strive to find the best treatments that deliver results for my clients.

I have worked with many skincare brands over the years and select what I believe to be the most effective ‘Hero’ products. I especially like cosmetics that are free of chemical ingredients but have high levels of actives.

Dr Mansoor Ahmed

I have worked as an Aesthetics Specialist for more than 20 years in a number of pioneering London practices. Using the most advanced, safe and clinically tested procedures, I pride myself on achieving the best possible results for my clients. For me, helping someone feel more positive about themselves is incredibly rewarding and this has driven me to set up clinics in Marlow and London Knightsbridge.

As a practicing GP, I also developed an interest in aesthetics at a very early stage of the advent of non surgical aesthetics, and initially trained under a leading plastic surgeon (Dr Basra). It is from this influence of having worked with a plastic surgeon and our passion for art sculpting, that my approach to aesthetics is about creating a ‘natural look’ for my clients. I feel very passionate about helping people enhance their natural beauty in a non-invasive way, without the typical risks associated with surgery.

I am a member of both the British and European Associations of Aesthetic Medical Doctors. I work with European partners to champion the use of new techniques in the UK. I qualified in Medicine from Dow Medical University in Karachi and completed my surgical and medical training at St Mary’s hospital, London in 1992.
